最近吃了不少的美食


                                  驚覺體重機上的數字節節高升 


                                        佑媽又開始了瘦身計畫




                                          前幾天煮了冬瓜蛤蜊雞湯


                                          因為冬瓜很利水份消腫喔    


            


                          尤其醫學報導說加入冬瓜皮和子效果更佳


                                      以前佑媽都連皮切塊下去煮




                                            後來小朋友嫌冬瓜皮太硬


                                               就想了一個變通的辦法


                                                把冬瓜皮削下來一起煮


                                                          效果一樣



                             這樣小朋友就一樣吃到沒帶皮的冬瓜


 


                                           佑媽還是照吃帶皮冬瓜


                                    還有那圈冬瓜皮也照樣進肚子裡




                                   佑媽喜歡加蛤蜊因為很鮮美


                                            就不用再放鹽巴


                                               再加上雞胸肉


                                         有蛋白質又不會太油


                                               很好ㄔㄛ 




                                         冬瓜吃起來很有飽足感


                                     喝了湯後真的會比較常上廁所


                                            哥哥說第二天秤體重


                                                少了1公斤ㄝ 


                                          佑媽也有不錯的成績喔
