                                          前幾天朋友送的一大袋現磨豆漿


                                                  佑媽分了三天煮開來喝




                                    煮好的豆漿佑媽也都沒有加糖下去


                                                      完全喝原味


                                               豆漿的營養非常豐富


                                         不加糖更不會增加身體的負擔


                                  佑佑和哥哥姐姐也都喝習慣了無糖豆漿

                             佑媽在外面買早餐店的豆漿也是點無糖的熱豆漿


                                                  剛開始可能會不習慣


                                                  多喝幾次就會適應了
