                                              今天介紹瘦身良伴~冬粉


                                                 冬天肚子常常容易餓


                                     其實專家說有時非正餐時肚子餓不是真餓


                                                        通常都是假象


           


                                     其實根據佑媽瘦身20公斤的經驗


                                             其實只要養成定時定量


                                          身體就會自然習慣有了記憶


                              


                                            冬粉吃起來有飽足感熱量又不高


                                                           煮起來又方便


                                                          這是佑媽的午餐


                                                       一碗吃下去就很飽足


                                              唯一美中不足是那天家中沒有青菜



                                            佑媽一次都煮兩把冬粉約200卡的熱量


                                                     比一碗飯吃起來還飽又低卡
