                                           冬天是促進食慾的好季節


                                              尤其近日寒流一波波


                                   各式甜點..補品...巧克力..更是停不了口 




                                好友們最近有沒有站上體重計量一量


                                              關心一下自己的體重


                                                  千萬不要鴕鳥喔


                                                也不要自我催眠喔


                                                   因為數字會說話    




                                                佑媽與大家分享晚餐早點吃


                                                  很多人以晚上6點為分界


                                                        佑媽起先也這麼做


                                   晚餐早一點吃讓食物在肚子裡可以有時間早點消化


                                               不會因為睡覺讓食物囤積在胃中


                                                              也讓胃早點休息   




                                                            如果晚餐後餓了


                                                        就吃些大蕃茄或芭樂


                                               小蕃茄因為甜份較高還是有熱量


                                                             剛開始會很難熬


                                            在床上翻來覆去滿腦子想的都是吃的


                                                         現在佑媽晚上睡覺時


                                                    都在規劃明天早餐要吃什麼


                                         要把熱量高的盡量集中在中午以前把它吃完


                                                            每天早上洗臉時


                                                      看到鏡中不再是月餅臉


                                                         就覺得值得ㄋㄟ
